Delete your account
You can delete your ChessMash account at any time, in the app or right here.
In the app
Open You, then Settings, then Account and sign-in, and tap Delete account. Type DELETE to confirm.
What happens
- Your account is gone at once: you are signed out on every device and your profile disappears.
- Your sign-in methods, ratings, friends, challenges, progress, puzzles and everything you earned are removed. Anything left is erased within 30 days.
- Finished games stay in your opponents' history, shown as "Deleted player". Purchase records stay as tax law requires.
- If you pay for Plus through the App Store or Google Play, cancel it there as well: the store bills you, not us.

Cannot sign in any more? Write to hello@chessmash.gg from the address on your account and we delete it for you within 7 days.
